Recently I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Idiopathic Subglottic Stenosis, which requires me to have 3 surgeries before the end of the year. Because of this I will be reducing my verbal communication at work and would appreciate clients using the ticket system or email. If needed I can do limited, short phone calls.
